In the meeting, we’ll discuss the different options available to help you accomplish your goals and the implications of different decisions. If necessary, we can set up a follow-up meeting to review any important details.

We will go over your desires, make recommendations to fill those needs, and set timelines for drafting and completing the process.

You provide important information to us about your family, wishes, and assets through a secure online form that is easy to complete.

Draft, revise, and sign your documents

Once we have the go-ahead from you, we’ll get started drafting your estate planning documents for your review.

We’ll keep you advised at every step along the way!

After we discuss your estate plan and you approve the documents, we will set up a time for you to sign your documents, and we’ll even provide a beautifully organized binder to keep all your notarized documents safe.
